1. Cut the brie in half widthwise.
2. Add the truffle slices and close.
3. Leave to cool. Enjoy the next day.
Goat ball
1. Mix the goat cheese with the truffle pieces and the truffle powder.
2. Roll goat cheese balls in the palm of your hand.
3. Enjoy chilled.
County chips
1. Place the grated comté cheese with the truffle powder and the roughly chopped truffle slices on baking paper .
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 210° until the comté is browned. Leave to cool.
3. Cut out the chips using a cookie cutter.
4. Place the three cheeses on a plate and enjoy.
