The purchase of product(s) by a professional for resale is prohibited.

In addition, the customer receives the information provided for in articles L 121-18 and L 121-19 of the Consumer Code, prior to and subsequent to the conclusion of the sale and in particular by these general conditions of sale which he declares to have read before the validation of his order and to which he has access from the site www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ .

The photos of the items for sale on the website www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ have no contractual value and are likely to vary from the items themselves.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF VALIDITY

The prices of the products sold on the site www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ are indicated by item and reference and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) excluding delivery costs. At the time of validation of the order, the price to be paid by the customer is understood to be the all-inclusive price, i.e. the sum of the price including tax of the items that make up the order increased by the delivery costs. For orders over €65.00 in France, delivery costs are included. Telecommunications costs inherent to accessing the site remain the responsibility of the customer.

The conditions of validity of our product and price offers are determined by the updating of the site when our new products or promotions are released and remain applicable as long as they remain accessible by us.

The products for sale on the website www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ are available while stocks last. If one or more items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. The customer will then have the choice between keeping the rest of their order or cancelling it in full. If the customer's bank card has been debited, the refund of the amount concerned will be made by crediting the bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment within 30 days at the latest.

ARTICLE 5 – STEPS IN CONCLUSION OF THE SALE

1- Add the items to your cart.
2- Fill out the order form.
3- Check the elements of your order, identify and correct any errors made during entry.
4- Validate the order, the total price and the all-inclusive price, by clicking on “Order”, which implies acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale of Signorini TARTUFI.
5- Follow the instructions of the payment server of our partners Payzen or Paypal to pay for your Signorini TARTUFI order. Your bank account is debited with the all-inclusive price including the total price of the items shipped and the delivery costs.
6- You will receive an electronic acknowledgement of receipt confirming your order.
7- You will receive your package at the delivery address you indicated when ordering.

When completing the account opening form, communicating personal data, bank card number and related confidential data and validating the order, the customer undertakes to comply with these contractual conditions in accordance with Article 1316-1 of the Civil Code.

Signorini TARTUFI may refuse to honor any order that is abnormal or abusive.

ARTICLE 6 – SECURE PAYMENT

Payment for customer purchases is made by payment card, PayPal account or via Payzen. We accept the following payment methods: Visa (all countries), Mastercard (all countries), American Express (all countries except Brazil and Malaysia), Discover & Diners (USA only), China UnionPay (USA only), Japan Credit Bureau (Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand & USA), Interac (Canada only). Other credit cards are not accepted but can possibly be added to a PayPal account, after which you can pay for your order on our website using PayPal. Regarding a payment by credit card (CB, Visa or Mastercard), Stripe is the only one, through its secure space, to have knowledge of the customer's banking information. This information does not pass through the site www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/. Paypal allows you to pay online without communicating your financial information during the transaction. In accordance with the provisions of article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By providing his bank card number and the above-mentioned information, the customer authorizes Signorini TARTUFI to debit his credit card for the total amount including tax of his order (delivery costs included). To this end, the customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on this bank card to be debited is indeed his own and then communicates in a secure environment on the website of our payment partner Stripe, the sixteen-digit number and the expiration date, appearing on the front of his bank card, as well as, where applicable, the numbers of the visual cryptogram appearing on the back of his bank card. In order to provide additional security for online payment by credit card, this payment will benefit from the 3D secure program. The purpose of this program is to combat fraud by asking the Internet user who wishes to make a payment on the Internet to identify himself at the time of payment by credit card on the e-merchant's website. During the transaction, the bank card holder is directed to a page of his bank and enters data that the latter can verify. This security is materialized by the presence of the logos “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard SecureCode”

ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For any order placed on www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ we undertake to prepare your order within 72 hours maximum 10 working days for it to be shipped and received.

Shipping costs are free for all orders of a minimum amount of €65 including tax in metropolitan France, subject to the use of the relay point delivery method. The choice of relay point will be made by the customer when finalizing the order, from the available options offered by our logistics partner Colissimo.

 

When entering their order, the customer must choose the delivery method offered on the e-boutique site and the place of delivery:
– Colissimo for delivery in mainland France and Corsica

– Colissimo for delivery to a relay point

– Colissimo international for delivery abroad.

In the event of absence during a Colissimo delivery to the address indicated by the customer, the package is left in the customer's mailbox. If this is not possible, a delivery notice is normally left by the carrier: the customer can then collect their package from the Post Office with proof of identity within 15 days of the date of deposit of this notice. After this period, the package will be returned to the company Signorini TARTUFI. The Signorini TARTUFI Customer Relations Service will then contact the customer for a possible reshipment or, if the customer does not respond, a refund of the order.

When the customer chooses delivery to a relay point, he agrees to collect his package within the allotted time. This deadline is communicated to the customer as soon as the package is available at the relay point. If the package is not collected within this time, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. We will inform the customer of the return of his package. If the customer wishes the package to be reshipped, the costs of this new shipment will be at his expense, without exception. We strongly recommend that customers carefully follow the notifications of availability of their package in order to avoid any unwanted returns and additional costs.

If the order has been sent, Signorini TARTUFI will provide a parcel tracking number to the customer, who can then follow its progress by visiting the websites made available by Colissimo.

Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the delivery tracking offered on the Colissimo websites mentioned above.

If 5 working days after the parcel has been shipped, the customer has not received any news of their order, they must contact the Post Office closest to the delivery location. If neither the Post Office nor the delivery tracking system offered on the Colissimo websites mentioned above say they have any trace of this parcel, the customer must then contact Signorini TARTUFI via Signorini TARTUFI's Customer Relations Department, which will then open an investigation with the Post Office services. The final response times from La Poste vary from one to three weeks from the date the file is taken into account by Signorini TARTUFI's services.

If the package is found, it is sent to the customer: the reception procedure then follows its normal course (deposit of the package or delivery notice)

If the package is declared lost (the final response is often given within the maximum time limit, i.e. three weeks), Signorini TARTUFI then notifies the Customer and immediately initiates the reimbursement of the package (products and shipping costs)

In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or any other cause of their own doing (no name on the mailbox, lack of information, etc.), the return of the package will be reorganized, at the customer's expense.

The following are considered to be cases of force majeure releasing Signorini TARTUFI from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, etc.

In any event, the delivery of our products on time can only take place if our buyers are up to date with their obligations to us.

It is the customer's responsibility to check shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious signs of deterioration. Said reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days, not including public holidays, following delivery of the products, a copy will be immediately sent to the company Signorini TARTUFI. Failure to make a complaint within said deadlines will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.

The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the items delivered do not conform in nature or quality with the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the customer must inform the Signorini TARTUFI Customer Relations Department by email: https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ and return the items to the address and under the conditions provided for in Article 8.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURN POLICY

In accordance with Articles L 121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a reflection period of fourteen clear days from delivery to change their mind and In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you benefit, as a consumer, from a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

No returns will be accepted without prior written request from the Customer to Signorini TARTUFI. Packages will be sent using the same method as the order and must be returned to the following address: 16, allée Charles Nungesser, 06210 Mandelieu la Napoule.

​For any item returned and paid for by the customer, the following terms apply:

  • the product is returned simply because you are not satisfied (exercise of the right of withdrawal): reimbursement of the returned product and shipping costs, return costs at your expense.
  • the product is returned for a reason attributable to Signorini TARTUFI: refund of the product, shipping costs and any returns.

No returns or replacements will be accepted after the expiry of the use-by date. Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging. Any incomplete, damaged or damaged returns will not be accepted.

Customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer for receipt in countries outside the EU and in the French overseas departments and territories.

Beyond this 14-day period, postmark as proof, your return package can unfortunately no longer be taken into account and will be re-sent to you.

When several items ordered on the site www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ have been shipped in one go (in a single package) and the customer decides to return the items that are not suitable in a single return shipment, the return costs will be offered to him. In the event that the customer decides to make several shipments, the return costs from the 2nd shipment will be borne by the customer.

The risks of return are always the responsibility of the customer. The customer is therefore strongly encouraged to return the package by any means that provides proof of its sending and gives it a certain date (registered with acknowledgment of receipt, tracked colissimo, etc.). Otherwise, Signorini TARTUFI will not be able to process your return.

If the return is due to an error on our part, the outward delivery costs paid by the customer will be refunded.

Once the goods have been received, checked and accepted by our services, Signorini TARTUFI will reimburse the customer for the price of the returned products or issue a credit note valid for 6 months on the site, at the latest within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products.

When an order has been placed with a discount voucher, the value of the discount voucher will be deducted from the refund amount in proportion to the number of items ordered.

When an order has been placed with a credit, returned products will not be eligible for a refund. Only exchange or credit will be authorized.

ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Notwithstanding the specific warranty conditions provided to the customer with the delivered item, the items sold on the website www.https://signorinitartufi.com/en/ are subject to the warranty conditions provided for by law.

The liability of the company Signorini TARTUFI cannot be incurred:
– in the event of a breach of contractual obligations due to an act of God or force majeure;
– in the event of non-substantial differences between the photos and illustrations of the items on our site and the items ordered.

ARTICLE 10 – DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

The company Signorini TARTUFI manages an electronic file that records certain personal data relating to its customers. These general terms and conditions of sale and the commercial relationship between Signorini TARTUFI and the customer are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the commercial relationship between Signorini TARTUFI and the customer will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
