All sales contracted electronically with our company on the www.signorinitartufi.com website are subject to the present terms and conditions of sale. The purchase of product(s) by a professional with a view to resale is prohibited.

ARTICLE 3 - CONSUMER INFORMATION
In accordance with Articles L 111-1 and L 113-3 of the French Consumer Code, the essential characteristics and prices of our products sold electronically are available on the site www.signorinitartufi.com.
In addition, the customer receives the information provided for in articles L 121-18 and L 121-19 of the French Consumer Code, before and after the conclusion of the sale, and in particular the present general terms and conditions of sale, which he declares to have read before validating his order, and to which he has access from the site www.signorinitartufi.com.
Photos of items for sale on the site www.signorinitartufi.com have no contractual value and may vary from the items themselves.
ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF VALIDITY
The prices of products sold on the www.signorinitartufi.com website are indicated by article and reference and include all taxes, but exclude delivery costs. At the time of order validation, the price to be paid by the customer is understood to be the all-inclusive price, i.e. the sum of the price including VAT of the items making up the order, plus delivery charges. For orders over €6500 in France, delivery charges are included. Telecommunication costs incurred in accessing the site remain the responsibility of the customer.
The period of validity of our product offers and prices is determined by the updating of the site at the time of our new products or promotions, and remains applicable for as long as they remain accessible on our part.
Products for sale on the site www.signorinitartufi.com are available while stocks last. If one or more items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will then have the choice of keeping the rest of the order or cancelling it entirely. If the customer's credit card has been debited, the amount in question will be reimbursed by crediting the bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment within 30 days at the latest.
ARTICLE 5 - STAGES IN THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE
1- Add the items to your shopping cart.
2- Fill in the order form.
3- Check the details of your order, identify and correct any errors made during entry.
4- Confirm the order, the total price and the all-inclusive price, by clicking on "Order", which implies acceptance of Signorini TARTUFI's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5- Follow the instructions on the payment server of our partners Payzen or Paypal to pay for your Signorini TARTUFI order. Your bank account will be debited with the all-inclusive price including the total price of the items shipped and delivery charges.
6- You will receive an electronic acknowledgement of receipt confirming your order.
7- You will receive your parcel at the delivery address you indicated when you placed your order.
By completing the account opening form, communicating personal data, credit card number and related confidential data and validating the order, the customer agrees to respect these contractual conditions in application of article 1316-1 of the French Civil Code.
Signorini TARTUFI may refuse to honor any order that is abnormal or abusive.
ARTICLE 6 - SECURE PAYMENT
Customers can pay by credit card, PayPal account or Payzen. We accept the following payment methods: Visa (all countries), Mastercard (all countries) , American Express (all countries except Brazil and Malaysia) , Discover & Diners (USA only) , China UnionPay (USA only) , Japan Credit Bureau (Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand & USA , Interac (Canada only). Other credit cards are not accepted but may be added to a PayPal account, after which you can pay for your order on our website using PayPal. In the case of payment by credit card (CB, Visa or Mastercard), Stripe is the only party with access to the customer's bank details via its secure area. This information is not transmitted in any way to www.signorinitartufi.com. Paypal allows you to pay online without disclosing your financial information during the transaction. In accordance with the provisions of article L 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by credit card is irrevocable. By providing his/her credit card number and the above-mentioned information, the customer authorizes Signorini TARTUFI to debit his/her credit card for the total amount of the order (including delivery charges). To this end, the customer confirms that he/she is the holder of the credit card to be debited and that the name appearing on the credit card to be debited is indeed his/her own, then communicates in a secure environment on the site of our payment partner Stripe, the sixteen-digit number and expiry date appearing on the front of his/her credit card, as well as, where applicable, the visual cryptogram numbers appearing on the back of his/her credit card. In order to provide additional security for online payment by credit card, this payment will benefit from the 3D secure program. The purpose of this program is to combat fraud by requiring Internet users wishing to make a payment on the Internet to identify themselves at the time of payment by credit card on the cyber-merchant's site. During the transaction, the cardholder is directed to a page on his or her bank's website, where he or she enters data that can be verified by the bank. This security is demonstrated by the presence of the "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard SecureCode" logos
ARTICLE 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For all orders placed on www.signorinitartufi.com we undertake to prepare your order within 72 hours (maximum 10 working days) so that it can be dispatched and received.
When placing an order, the customer must choose the delivery method proposed on the e-boutique site and the place of delivery:
- Colissimo for delivery in mainland France and Corsica
- Colissimo international for delivery abroad.
In the event of absence during a Colissimo delivery to the address indicated by the customer, the parcel is left in the customer's letterbox. If this is not possible, a delivery notice is normally left by the carrier: the customer may then collect the parcel from the post office, showing proof of identity, within 15 days of the date of the notice. After this period, the parcel will be returned to Signorini TARTUFI. The Signorini TARTUFI Customer Relations Department will then contact the customer for possible reshipment or, in the absence of a response from the customer, a refund of the order.
Customers can follow the progress of their order by sending an email to Signorini TARTUFI's Customer Service: hello@signorinitartufi.com, who will inform them of the status of their order.
If the order has been dispatched, Signorini TARTUFI will provide a tracking number to the customer, who will then be able to follow its progress by visiting the websites provided by Colissimo: http://www.coliposte.net
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product has been made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the tracking number provided on the Colissimo websites mentioned above.
If 5 working days after dispatch of the parcel, the customer has no news of his order, he must contact the post office closest to the place of delivery. If neither the Post Office nor the delivery tracking system proposed on the Colissimo websites and mentioned above have any trace of the parcel, the customer must then contact Signorini TARTUFI via the Signorini TARTUFI Customer Relations Department, which will then open an inquiry with the Post Office. The time required for a definitive response from La Poste varies from one to three weeks from the time the file is taken into account by Signorini TARTUFI.
If the parcel is found, it is sent to the customer: the reception procedure then follows its normal course (deposit of the parcel or delivery notice)
If the parcel is declared lost (the definitive answer is often given within the maximum time limit, i.e. three weeks), Signorini TARTUFI notifies the customer and immediately begins refunding the parcel (products and shipping costs)
In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, or any other cause of the customer's own making (absence of name on the mailbox, lack of information, etc.), the return of the parcel will be reorganized at the customer's expense.
The following are considered to be cases of force majeure which relieve Signorini TARTUFI of its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, etc
In any case, our products can only be delivered on time if our purchasers are up to date with their obligations towards us.
It is the customer's responsibility to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that appear justified, or even to refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious signs of deterioration. Said reservations and claims must be addressed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 working days, not including public holidays, following delivery of the products, with a copy immediately sent to Signorini TARTUFI. Failure to file a claim within the aforementioned time limits will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
The customer must ensure that the items delivered correspond to the order. In the event that the items delivered do not conform in kind or quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery slip, the customer must inform Signorini TARTUFI's Customer Relations Department by e-mail: hello@signorinitartufi.com and return the items to the address and under the conditions specified in article 8.
ARTICLE 8 - RETURNS POLICY
In accordance with articles L 121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a cooling-off period of fourteen clear days from the date of delivery to reconsider his or her decision. In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, as a consumer you have a period of fourteen clear days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.

No returns will be accepted without the customer's prior written request to Signorini TARTUFI. Packages will be sent in the same way as the order, and must be returned to the following address: 16, allée Charles Nungesser, 06210 Mandelieu la Napoule.
for all items returned and paid for by the customer, the following conditions apply:
- the product is returned simply because you are not satisfied (exercise of the right of withdrawal): reimbursement of the returned product and shipping costs, return shipping costs at your expense.
- the product is returned for a reason for which Signorini TARTUFI is responsible: refund of the product, shipping costs and any return costs.
No returns or replacements will be accepted after the expiry of the use-by date. Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging. Incomplete, spoiled or damaged returns will not be accepted
Customs fees may apply and are payable by the customer for deliveries to non-EU countries and French overseas departments and territories.
After this 14-day period, as evidenced by the postmark, your return package will unfortunately no longer be accepted and will be readdressed to you.
When several items ordered on the www.signorinitartufi.com website have been dispatched at the same time (by single parcel) and the customer decides to return the unsuitable items in a single return shipment, the return costs will be offered to the customer. In the event that the customer decides to make several return shipments, the cost of return from the2nd shipment onwards will be at the customer's expense.
In all cases, items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the return slip (provided on request by logging on to our returns portal) carefully filled in, to the following address:

Return risks are always borne by the customer. The customer is therefore strongly encouraged to return the parcel by any means that provides proof of dispatch and gives it a definite date (registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, colissimo with tracking, etc.). Otherwise, Signorini TARTUFI will not be able to process your return.
If the return is due to an error on our part, the outward delivery costs paid by the customer will be refunded.
Once the goods have been received, checked and accepted by our services, Signorini TARTUFI will refund the customer the price of the returned products or issue a credit note valid for 6 months on the site, at the latest within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products.
Where an order has been placed with a discount voucher, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the amount of the refund in proportion to the number of items ordered.
When an order has been placed with a credit note, returned products cannot be reimbursed. Only exchange or credit note will be authorized.
For any other information, complaint or question relating to the conditions of mail order sales set up by SIGNORINI TARRTUFI, customers should send an e-mail to the following address: hello@signorinitartufi.com, in both cases quoting the reference and date of the order.
ARTICLE 9 - WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Notwithstanding the specific warranty conditions given to the customer with the item delivered, the items marketed on the site www.signorinitartufi.com are subject to the warranty conditions stipulated by law.
Signorini TARTUFI may not be held liable:
- in the event of failure to meet contractual obligations due to an act of God or force majeure;
- in the event of insubstantial differences between the photos and illustrations of the items on our site and the items ordered.
ARTICLE 10 - DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
Signorini TARTUFI manages an electronic file which records certain personal data relating to its customers. When an order is placed on the site www.signorinitartufi.com by any new customer, this database is enriched with information concerning him/her, which will subsequently enable us to better meet his/her expectations and facilitate the assistance services provided by the Signorini TARTUFI Customer Relations Department.
This database has been registered in accordance with the requirements of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended by the Act of August 6, 2004.
In the event that the customer consents to the communication of individual personal data, he/she shall have the individual right of access, withdrawal and rectification provided for by law, and may in this respect have any information concerning him/her that is no longer relevant deleted, by sending a written request to Signorini TARTUFI, or by sending an e-mail to hello@signorinitartufi.com
Depending on the choices made when creating or consulting their accounts on the Internet, customers may choose whether or not they wish to receive offers from the Signorini TARTUFI brand, and/or offers from Signorini TARTUFI's external partner companies. If a customer no longer wishes to receive these offers, he/she may at any time make a request by email to Signorini TARTUFI's customer service department: hello@signorinitartufi.com
ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

These general terms and conditions of sale and the commercial relationship between Signorini TARTUFI and the customer are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the commercial relationship between Signorini TARTUFI and the customer will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
