Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a Colissimo tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

You will find all information concerning estimated delivery times both when you place your order and in the delivery information above.
Normally this is in transit to our warehouse. If you wish to have your order reshipped, please contact our customer service department.
- You would like your order to be reshipped:
A STRIPE payment link will be sent to you so that you can pay the reshipment costs. - You do not wish to have your order reshipped and would like a refund:
If your request is made within the 14-day cooling-off period, your order will be refunded, with the exception of shipping costs. If delivery was offered, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund. - You would like to have your order shipped again, but it's been a few weeks and you haven't contacted us yet.
NB: Packages returned to our warehouse are kept for a period of 2 months, after which they cannot be reshipped. You will need to place a new order.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our customer service department immediately. In the event of loss, we will open an investigation with Colissimo to find a rapid solution.
No, Colissimo does not allow you to choose a specific time slot. However, you can opt for delivery to a point relais to collect your parcel at your convenience.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, the weight of your order and the delivery method selected; you can obtain an estimate as soon as you place your item(s) in the shopping cart.
Once the order has been confirmed, it is generally no longer possible to change the delivery address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to see if a change is still possible.
