From family to brand

2017

The first boutique

A unique and innovative concept based solely on truffles at attractive prices. The first Signorini TARTUFI boutique opens its doors on December 16, 2017 in Cannes. Recognizing and proud of its success, I wanted to open new boutiques so that our customers could find Signorini TARTUFI products.

2018

Opening of the first distributors

Demand and enthusiasm for the brand intensify. The brand opens its first distributors in Uzès and Bordeaux, as well as 4 branches.

2019

10th store opening

The world of truffles holds no secrets for the brand, with over 150 truffle-related products.

With 16 openings in 2019 ( 8 distributors and 8 branches ), the Signorini TARTUFI brand is positioned as a truffle specialist.

2020

Opening up to international markets

With openings in Belgium, Luxembourg and 30 boutiques in France, SIGNORINI TARTUFI has become the address of choice for epicureans and truffle lovers.

2021

Opening of the 40th store

Signorini TARTUFI exports over 9,000 KM to Reunion Island.

2022

New challenges and the opening of the 50th store

The brand has taken on new challenges with the opening of new boutiques in Italy (Sicily) and England (Brighton), as well as the launch of new products, packaging and spirits such as truffle sparkling wine.

Opening of the Truffle Museum

The brand opens the doors of its museum entirely dedicated to truffles, the culmination of many years' work.

With more than 50 boutiques, our addresses have become must-sees for
epicureans and truffle lovers. We set ourselves a new challenge and
opened our doors internationally, first in the French overseas departments and territories, then in Belgium,
Italy and England.

Fréderic Dubois SIGNORINI

Guardian of a family heritage

Frédéric Dubois Signorini was born in Marseille and raised by his grandparents, Giuseppe Signorini from Tuscany and Giuseppina Di-salvo from Sicily.
They lovingly passed on to him the values of life, cooking, a job well done, and truffles of course!

Truffles are the stuff of 1000 childhood memories.

An accessible approach

In 2017, the need to get back to basics and perpetuate the family tradition and know-how imposed itself on me as a new professional and personal challenge. The idea of a brand featuring truffles in all their variations at affordable prices was born with the aim of helping people discover truffles, which have long been a mystery as to their nature and origin.

The signature ingredient

My taste for creation and development has been sharpened over the years by our customers' suggestions. Today, our range is almost limitless: from fragrant oils and creams to potato chips, honey and even a wine! The great thing about truffles is that they go so well with so many dishes. My favorite: artichoke cream and truffle powder, stratosferico! Surprising, delicious and addictive, truffles always manage to move me in all their variations.

To everyone's delight, I make it a point of honor to help develop recipes around truffles that live up to their reputation. All the while keeping in mind the essential values that guide my passion: love, quality, consistency, pleasure of taste, packaging and affordable prices. Truffles and us, it's quite a story!
