1.In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add the egg, then incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt.
2.Roll out the dough into a disk shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. It should be about one centimeter thick.
3.Bake the dough at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until golden around the edges and still soft in the center. Let it cool slightly.
4.While the base cools, prepare your toppings: pistachio cream, chocolate-hazelnut spread, or speculoos cream. Crush the nuts and prepare the fresh fruit.
5.Pipe the different creams on top, creating 6 distinct sections. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, biscuits, and fruit according to your chosen flavors.
