From a family to a brand

2017

The first shop

A unique and innovative concept based solely on truffles at attractive prices. The first Signorini TARTUFI boutique opens its doors on December 16, 2017 in Cannes. Grateful and proud of the success, I wanted to open new boutiques so that our customers can find Signorini TARTUFI products.

2018

Opening of the first distributors

Demand and enthusiasm for the brand are growing. The brand opens its first distributors in Uzès and Bordeaux, as well as 4 branches.

2019

Opening of the 10th boutique

The world of truffles no longer holds any secrets for the brand with more than 150 references around truffles.

With 16 openings in 2019 (8 distributors and 8 branches), the Signorini TARTUFI brand positions itself as a truffle specialist.

2020

International opening

With openings in Belgium, Luxembourg and 30 boutiques in France, SIGNORINI TARTUFI has become the essential address for epicureans and truffle lovers.

2021

Opening of the 40th boutique

Signorini TARTUFI is exported + 9,000 KM, to Reunion Island.

2022

New challenges and opening of the 50th boutique

The brand has taken on new challenges with the opening of new boutiques in Italy (Sicily) and England (Brighton) as well as the launch of new products, packaging and alcohols such as sparkling truffle wine.

2023

Opening of the Truffle Museum

The brand opens the doors to its museum entirely dedicated to truffles, which is the culmination of many years of work.

With more than 50 stores, our addresses have become essential places for
Epicureans and truffle lovers. We have set ourselves a new challenge and we have
opened our doors internationally, first in the French overseas departments and territories, then in Belgium and
Italy.

Frederic Dubois SIGNORINI

Guardian of a family legacy

Guardian of a dual French and Italian family heritage, Frédéric Dubois Signorini, born in Marseille, was raised largely by his grandparents, Giuseppe Signorini from Tuscany and Giuseppina Di-salvo from Sicily.
They lovingly passed on to him the values of life, cooking, a job well done, and of course truffles!

 

Truffles are a whole story with 1000 childhood memories.

An accessible approach

In 2017, the need to return to the sources and perpetuate the tradition and family know-how imposed itself on me as a new professional and personal challenge. The idea of a brand offering truffles in all their variations at affordable prices was born with the aim of making people discover the truffle, which has long been a mystery as to its nature and origin.

The signature ingredient

My taste for creation and development has been sharpened over the years and through suggestions from our customers. Today we are developing the range almost without limits: from scented oils, to creams, to chips, honey and even a wine! The truffle has the wonderful thing about it that it goes with many dishes. My guilty pleasure: artichoke cream and truffle powder, stratosferico! Surprising and delicious, addictive, truffles always manage to move me in all their variations.

For the greatest pleasure of all, I make it a point of honor to participate in the development of recipes around the Truffle that live up to its reputation. Keeping in mind the essential values that guide my passion: Love, quality, consistency, pleasure of taste, packaging and very affordable prices. Truffle and us, it's quite a story!!
