2 Mozzarella or 2 Burrata

2 large, ripe tomatoes

Preparation

1. Wash and cut fresh tomatoes

 

 

2. Take the burrata or mozzarella out of the fridge

 

 

3. Add a pinch of truffle salt, a dash of truffle olive oil, a pinch of truffle mustard or a touch of truffle honey.

 

Signorini TARTUFI Tip

Truffle-flavored olive oil is preferably added at the end of cooking in order to preserve all the aroma that is released in the mouth; intense and refined at the same time.

If you want to enhance the flavor of your salad, add a few drops of black truffle balsamic vinegar cream.
