Preparation

1. Cut the truffle into 6 thin slices and set aside.

 

 

2. Prepare your scallops with truffles and grey Guérande salt with summer truffle.

 

 

3. In olive oil, fry the scallops on each side until golden brown. Cook for one to two minutes on each side.

 

 

4. Place the truffle slices on top. Then, as a final touch, sprinkle with grey Guérande salt with summer truffle, as well as, according to your taste, a few drops of olive oil.

You can also sprinkle the scallops with truffle fleur de sel for more flavor.
