A rich and indulgent pistachio cream with an irresistible crunch
Let yourself be seduced by the intensity of pistachio in this exceptional artisanal cream. Made with 20% finely ground pistachios, this spread combines a melt-in-the-mouth, creamy texture with crunchy caramelized pieces (5%) for a unique sensory experience.
It is ideal for sweet breaks, spread on bread, pancakes, or waffles, but also for garnishing your pastries or simply enjoying by the spoonful.
Ingredients
Sugar, pistachios 20%, oils (sunflower) and fats (palm, palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, sugar-coated pistachios 5%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322), natural colors (E100, E141ii).
🔎 May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, soy, and wheat.
🟢 The presence of oil on the surface is natural.
Preservation
After opening, store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Best consumed within 4 weeks.
Note: Do not store in the refrigerator, as this will cause the texture to solidify. Close the lid tightly after each use.
