Specialty with acacia honey, figs and summer truffle

to have at home

ready-made (or homemade) pizza dough

1 log of 200g goat cheese

20cl of thick crème fraîche

fresh basil

1 handful of grated Gruyere cheese

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees

 

2. Spread the bread dough on the baking sheet (do not make any edges on the dough)

 

3. Spread the crème fraîche over the entire dough

 

4. Sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese

 

5. Cut the goat cheese log into slices and place them over the entire dough.

 

6. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°. Remove when the dough is well cooked underneath.

 

7. Remove from the oven and pour about 4 tablespoons of truffle honey

 

8. Sprinkle with a few fresh basil leaves and serve

 

9. Serve the pizza straight out of the oven, with a rocket salad for example.
