1. Dice the tomato and chop an onion.
2. Put everything in a small saucepan, with a dash of truffle extra virgin olive oil.
3. Melt until you get a sauce, season with a little salt and pepper.
4. Cut the pepper, remove the seeds and slice it.
5. Wash the truffle and cut it into thin slices using a mandolin.
6. Brown the pepper and truffle slices for a few minutes in a little extra virgin olive oil with truffle.
7. Cook the sausage in a pan of hot water or grill them on the barbecue or on a cast iron grill.
8. Open a hot dog bun (or a piece of baguette), add a little Signorini Tartufi sauce of your choice, the vegetables and then the hot sausage.
