1. First add our summer truffle pieces to the ice cream of your choice then put it back in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours
2. Make pretty ice cream balls in a large coffee mug
3. Add a tablespoon of whipped cream and a teaspoon of summer truffle pieces
4. All you have to do is serve them with the espresso on the side. Your guests will pour and measure it themselves on the ice.
