1. Preheat the oven to th. 6 – 180 °C. Remove the paper packaging from the Mont d'Or and place the cheese back in its wooden box. Place it in an ovenproof container.
2. Cut the Mont d'Or in half, sprinkle half of the truffle slices. Close the Mont d'Or. Pour the truffle oil on top.
3. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve by placing the remaining truffle on top and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
