Preparation

1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for 8 minutes. Drain and run under cold water to prevent it from sticking together, then set aside.

 

 

2. In a bowl, mix the pecorino powder, olive oil and pesto, then add pepper.

 

 

3. Stuff the conchiglioni using a piping bag, it’s more practical.

 

 

4. In a baking dish, place the stuffed conchiglioni. Now all that's left to do is enjoy this delicious pesto pasta!
