THE TARAMA
Small aperitif toasts
100g tarama

2.5 cl of lemon juice

 

THE TZATZIKI

1 cucumber

1 tbsp truffle olive oil

2 tsp dill or mint to taste

Salt, pepper

350g full fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves of garlic

Preparation

The Tarama

1. Mix the tarama with your truffle oil and lemon juice

 

2. Refrigerate for at least one or two hours. In the meantime, rehydrate your truffle slices using boiling water.

 

3. When serving, add your truffle slices as a topping, and that’s it!

 

Tzatziki

1. Peel the cucumber then cut it into small pieces after removing the central seeds.

2. Mix yogurt, truffle olive oil, lemon juice, salt, dill or mint and garlic in a salad bowl.

3. Then add the cucumber pieces. Mix so that the cucumber is well coated with the yogurt.

4. Cover the salad bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to release.

5. To finish, add a few slices of truffles rehydrated with water as a topping.
