Preparation

1. In a frying pan, pour the white truffle oil and brown the garlic clove.

 

2. Remove the garlic after 1 minute of cooking.

 

3. Boil salted water and add the fettuccine.

 

4. Drain them and sauté them in oil. Add pepper, salt and add our porcini mushroom and white truffle delight.

 

5. Cut slices of porcini mushrooms and a basil leaf to decorate your dish.
