Preparation

1. Cook the truffle gnocchi in boiling salted water (as soon as they rise to the surface they are cooked). Drain them and put them in a dish.

 

 

2. In a frying pan, add the truffle tomato sauce, chopped garlic, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper and cook for 1/4 hour over low heat.

 

 

3. Pour the tomato sauce over the gnocchi. Add pine nuts and cherry tomatoes, you can also add a few basil leaves as decoration.
