  • Pasta with mushrooms and truffles: cook pasta (penne, rigatoni or pappardelle), drain, reserving a little of the cooking water, then mix the pasta with the mushroom and truffle sauce, adding a little cooking water if necessary, and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

 

  • Tagliatelle with black truffle cream: cook the pasta, fry a little garlic and shallot (optional) in a frying pan, add the mushroom and truffle sauce, heat gently without boiling, then mix with the pasta.
