    Production Process

    Pistachios are the fruit of a plant native to the Middle East, which now grows wild on Sicily's Mount Etna volcano. They have always been renowned for their nutritional properties.

     

    Pistachios, harvested exclusively in Sicily, are processed using traditional methods and transformed into a paste that preserves all their precious organoleptic characteristics.

     

    The paste is then skillfully mixed with alcohol, water, and sugar, creating a creamy, round, and velvety liqueur with an intense and intoxicating aroma of Sicilian pistachios. With a final touch of grappa, Crema di Pistacchio Bottega acquires a special aroma, making it unique and incomparable.
