To the eye, its bright straw yellow color is enlivened by a persistent effervescence.

On the nose, it reveals delicate floral aromas, supported by notes of green apple, pear, and citrus.

On the palate, the attack is lively and harmonious, with a pleasant freshness and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

Ideal for celebrating a special occasion, Bottega Gold can be enjoyed as an aperitif, accompanied by a refined cocktail, but also pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, light vegetable dishes, and fruity desserts.

More than just a wine, it is a symbol of celebration and refinement, prized at the most beautiful events around the world.

Service & maintenance

  • Consumption: Young, to enjoy its full freshness.

  • Storage: Store upright in a cool place, away from light.

Production Process

The grapes are harvested and quickly transported to the cellar in order to

preserve their quality and avoid any deterioration that could be caused

by:

  • premature oxidation;
  • microbial contamination;
  • exposure to sunlight.
  • The grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must is kept at
  • a low temperature to preserve its freshness.
  • Fermentation is carried out partly from the must. The entire
  • process lasts about 40 days at a controlled temperature of 14-
  • 15°C, with the addition of selected yeasts.
  • After fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the lees: the
  • dead yeast cells release important compounds that
  • improve the body, structure, and aroma of the wine.
