Preparation

1. Start by washing and cutting your peaches into strips.

 

2. Heat a pan with a little white truffle olive oil, add the peaches and cook on each side for a few minutes, until candied. Set aside.

 

3. Wash and cut the tomatoes into strips.

 

4. Arrange the tomatoes on a large plate, add the roasted peaches and burrata. Season with salt and pepper.

 

5. Add 3 tablespoons of white truffle olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and a few basil leaves. Enjoy immediately!
